The Dancer Booster Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

On a quarantine day, how about a booster smoothie? I usually make smoothies every morning, and this one is one of my favorite. I prefer not too sweet, refreshing and also with vegetables we don't taste. Healthy proteinic additions are flax seeds, chia seeds, vegan protein powder.
In top of that Blueberries are a great anti-oxydant, great for the skin and low in calories. Kakao is high in iron and the mandarine (vitamin C) is helping the absorption of it. Energy boost here!
Prep time : 5 minutes
Serves : 2

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-3 leave basilic
-1/2 cup spinach
-1 small mandarine
-1/4 cup of cacao nibs
-1 teaspoon of flaxseed (or chia seeds)
-3/4 cup oat milk
-Garnish : Chia seeds, basilic leaf, one square of dark chocolate, blueberries
Directions : all the ingredients, serve immediately.
A great source of Iron, antioxidant, vitamin C, proteins, hydrating 👌
